AI Research Engineer (Speech & Conversational AI)

Join Diabolocom, a leading cloud-based contact center platform that leverages AI-driven technologies to optimize customer experience. As an AI Research Engineer, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and production-grade telephony AI, focusing on building production-ready systems for contact-center voice and text channels. You will contribute to production speech AI, agentic LLM engineering, and data-centric research. Ideal candidates will have a solid grounding in modern ML/DL, expertise in speech and audio, strong software engineering skills, and a background in research.

• Contribuer à la production d'IA vocale en construisant des pipelines de haute performance pour les workflows ASR, TTS et S2S.
• Mettre en œuvre le fine-tuning, l'appel de fonctions/outils et l'inférence à faible latence pour la traduction en temps réel et la planification agentique.
• Concevoir des pipelines évolutifs pour la génération de données synthétiques et l'évaluation automatisée de la qualité.
