Manager of Technical Recruiting

You will also manage the full cycle recruiting process, create job descriptions and offer packages, negotiate offers, and work cross-functionally with various departments. • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and recruiting leaders, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Partner with engineering leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies for teams in systems engineering, artificial intelligence, software, and robotics.
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process for the business organization, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience, with a focus on senior-level hires.

• A good eye for talent with the ability to efficiently assess and teach others how
• 3+ years of experience building and managing a high-performing technical recruiting team
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to be in front of internal and external leaders
• 8+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience in a fast-growth, dynamic environment and managing multiple pipelines/priorities
• Full-cycle recruiting experience, with experience closing tough candidates, managing demanding clients and developing key internal partnerships
• Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to last-minute change
• Experience recruiting for systems engineering
• Agency recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting in the AI/robotics domain
