Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the ride-hailing platform, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching goals.
Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development of the ride-hailing ecosystem, including the user-facing app, backend fleet management systems, and operational tools.
Leadership and Team Building: Attract, hire, and inspire a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing engineering teams
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Hands-on experience having deployed real products into the real world, and understanding the challenges of working with complex systems
Proven track record of successfully scaling large software systems, preferably in a high-growth environment
5+ years of leading large relevant products from inception to delivery
10+ years of extensive leadership experience, leading teams of 100+
