Senior Manager of Product and Experience Design

As the Senior Manager of Product and Experience Design, you will lead multiple teams of talented designers, focusing on customer experience design and operational tools and service design. You will be responsible for building the best product experiences, launching innovative features, and ensuring a cohesive experience across digital and physical touchpoints. You will also evangelize design strategy to executive leadership and cross-functional partners, foster a human-centered design culture, and manage design workflows and project timelines.

• Lead multiple teams of talented designers to build internal tools and enhance product experiences.
• Manage and implement design workflows, resource allocation, and project timelines to ensure high-velocity shipping.
• Partner with UX Research & Product peers to translate complex user data into actionable roadmaps.
• Curiosity, a desire to figure out how to make things better
• 10+ years of professional design experience, with at least 3–5 years in a management or lead capacity
• Experience driving collaboration, alignment, and affecting outcomes with influence, including at the executive level
• You have experience working with Operations teams
• You have led the design of products in a relevant space
• You know how to thrive in a growing, complex organization
• You know how to deconstruct complex ideas and concepts
