Senior Program Manager (Mission Readiness Process Improvement)

As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving operational improvements and scaling our Mission Readiness program. • Identifying and implementing operational improvements for the Mission Readiness function to enable scaling.
• Coordinating, documenting, and implementing large-scale operational process improvement initiatives for the Mission Readiness program.
• Working cross-functionally to intake, document, and prioritize requests for process changes from partner teams.
• The candidate must be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with tactical, detailed execution while working independently, sorting through ambiguously defined problems, identifying and facing major challenges, and adapting to sudden and frequent change
• Prior experience developing and using data and metrics to support strategic decision-making
• 8+ years of experience in program management, operational excellence, process improvement, or a related field
• Proactive mindset and resourcefulness
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in a product-based operations environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline (Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Program Management, etc.)
• Six Sigma Certifications
• PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification
• Experience in the autonomous vehicle, ride-hail, transportation, or other relevant mobility industries
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and ideally, possessing certifications
