About The Role

In this role, you will work cross-functionally with engineering leaders to translate corporate strategy into tactical roadmaps and drive effective execution. You will manage large, complex programs within Software Systems, develop comprehensive project schedules, define clear milestones, identify and mitigate risks, estimate budgets, and communicate progress to stakeholders.   • Manage large, complex programs within Software Systems, requiring close cooperation with the Autonomy, Firmware, and Product Software organizations.
  • Work directly with engineering teams to develop comprehensive project schedules, define clear milestones, identify and mitigate risks, estimate budgets, and clearly communicate ongoing progress to all stakeholders.
  • Lead experts across diverse technologies, guiding them to deliver highly demanded features and programs, ensuring timely, efficient, and predictable delivery of programs.
  • At least 7 years of experience in engineering program management
  • BS/MS degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent job experience
  • An ability to keep the big picture in focus and to provide clear, well-structured, and concise communications tailored to each appropriate audience
  • Deep familiarity with software development processes & proficiency in tools or processes required to manage complex projects (i.e. Gantt charts, risk matrices, Smartsheet, JIRA, etc.)
  • Strong track record of managing complex cross-functional projects
  • Familiarity with embedded systems and ECU architecture in complex, safety-critical systems (e.g., robots, automobiles, aircraft, spacecraft)
  • Experience with similar technology that tightly integrates software, firmware, and custom hardware
  • Experience with reliability engineering or advanced systems engineering fields
  • Experience with large-scale cloud computing environments relevant to autonomous systems
  • Experience leveraging advanced AI tools to significantly improve the efficiency of program execution and delivery
