Senior Technical Program Manager (NPI, Test & Diagnostics)

Join Zoox, a fast-paced autonomous vehicle company, as a Senior Technical Program Manager. In this role, you will support test development efforts for New Product Introduction (NPI) and work cross-functionally across various teams. You will be responsible for developing project schedules, identifying risks, and driving teams to meet deliverables. • Assurer la validation des changements de production et la préparation de la ligne de fabrication.
• Développer des calendriers de projet, identifier les risques et conduire les équipes internes et externes à respecter les livrables.
• Posséder la feuille de route pour l'introduction de nouveaux produits sur la ligne de fabrication, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de direction interfonctionnelles.
• 8+ years of industry experience in a similar role spanning project management and engineering. This role requires technical expertise in conjunction with strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences (senior management, engineers) using written and verbal methods as appropriate
• Experience driving complex projects in a cross-functional environment with competing priorities
• BS or MS in engineering (electrical/electronics, computer hardware, software, or related fields)
• Strong expertise in common tools for project management - Jira, Google Suite (spreadsheets, slides), planning tools such as Gantt charts
• Previous experience in a similar NPI role in electronics or automotive manufacturing
• Aptitude for learning new skills and technologies, for example, using AI to automate and simplify KPI calculations and reporting
• Ability to distill complex technical information into clear messages for the audience
• Track record of managing complex projects at other autonomous vehicle companies
• Familiarity with data analysis - knowledge of programming (Python or similar) and data analysis/extraction (SQL, Looker) are definite pluses
