Design and implement highly scalable and reliable web applications to support Zoox's autonomous robotaxi service.
Collaborate with software engineering teams, product managers, and designers to build new features and enhance existing software systems.
Work closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and remote operators to develop full-stack web applications that support fleet monitoring and operations at scale.
BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, plus 3+ years of professional software development experience
Experience building applications with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Vue, Svelte) and/or backend web frameworks (e.g. Flask, FastAPI)
Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools and workflows to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and user experiences
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, or Python
Experience developing tools that support operations
Proficiency in a low-level language such as Java, Kotlin, C, C++, or Rust
Familiarity with low-level Linux system protocols, firmware, and ECUs
