Staff Autonomy Systems Engineer (Environmental Expansion)

As a Staff Autonomy Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our autonomy systems can support various environmental conditions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and other systems engineers to deliver design solutions, systems engineering documentation, multi-quarter capability plans, verification plans, and debug support. You will also identify technology gaps and propose novel solutions, build and lead cross-functional teams, and create and maintain high-quality requirements. • Assurer que les systèmes d'autonomie (matériel et logiciel) et les pipelines VnV (simulation, test et métriques) peuvent prendre en charge les conditions météorologiques cibles.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de marketing, de produit et de sécurité pour affiner la feuille de route produit pluriannuelle.
• Identifier les lacunes technologiques et proposer des solutions novatrices. Utiliser des données et des simulations pour soutenir la proposition.
• Demonstrated leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Experience designing complex systems that integrate multiple hardware and software components, paired with a solid understanding of full HW/SW development lifecycles
• Strong track record of producing high-quality technical documentation (e.g., context diagrams, requirements decomposition, presentations)
• At least 11 years of engineering experience, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics
• Experience with core autonomous software systems (Sensor fusion, HD Mapping, Localization, Perception, Prediction, Motion Planning, Control)
• Experience with systems simulation and modeling (Cameo, Magicdraw, Catia Magic)
