About The Role

Join Zoox, a revolutionary autonomous mobility service company, as a Technical Program Manager. In this 6-month contract role, you will drive cross-functional program planning and execution, collaborate with various teams, improve processes, and engage with technical details. This on-site position offers a unique opportunity for growth and impact.

  • Drive Clarity and Unity by gathering and analyzing information from various teams to create unified program management templates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering and product to define, structure, and track key program deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and tooling improvements, and build better dashboards and tools that enhance program reporting and efficiency.
  • We are excited to launch a new initiative to bring exceptional early-career talent into our PMO team. This is a role for those who have a history of high performance in their academic and project work and are eager to apply their skills to complex, real-world challenges

  • A Builder's Mindset: We are impressed by candidates who have tangible experience shipping projects that work. This could be through student engineering competitions such as FSAE or developing a product out of a hackathon
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A deep curiosity and interest in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or complex software and hardware systems
  • A demonstrated passion for learning and a high potential for growth
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or a related discipline)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • An ability to work independently, manage projects, and show initiative
  • Internship experience in a technology company, program management, or a related field
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira
  • Basic scripting or data analysis skills (e.g., Python, SQL)
