Junior Legal Counsel

Join Fabriq, a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company, as a Junior Legal Counsel. In this newly created position, you will play a key role in structuring and supporting the company's contracting activities, providing legal support to the sales team, and managing the contract portfolio. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with Fabriq's US entity, adding a transatlantic dimension to your role.

• Rédiger, examiner et négocier des contrats commerciaux internationaux (licences SaaS, accords de services, partenariats, NDA, CGV, etc.).
• Gérer les renouvellements de contrats et superviser le portefeuille de contrats dans le CRM et les outils internes.
• Identifier les risques juridiques et proposer des solutions pragmatiques et orientées vers les affaires.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a **first experience in a law firm or in-house legal department** (ideally - but not mandatory - in a B2B SaaS environment)
• Solid grounding in commercial contract law in an international context (French law and common law)
• Strong command of legal English and comfortable negotiating directly with international counterparties
• Structured, pragmatic and business-oriented mindset, able to operate autonomously in a newly created role
