About The Role

Join Dow Jones as a Senior Analyst in Global Fulfillment Operations.   • Review and troubleshoot sales orders related to order processing and billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with business rules.
  • Work to improve processes, find efficiencies, and streamline systems related to order processing and billing.
  • Assist Disputes, Credit Control, and Accounts Receivable and Finance departments with account and client queries, providing backup and data related to billing for Financial Audits.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed accurately within a CRM (Customer Relationship Management)/billing system and in accordance with Sales Order Process (SOP) protocol and other defined business rules
  • Ability to accurately follow a large set of procedural guidelines
  • Excellent time and resource management skills to ensure that work is completed efficiently
  • Able to develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals
  • Positive outlook on change and a flexible approach to the work environment adjusting effectively to new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures
  • Great attention to detail to ensure every aspect of contracts and terms and conditions are covered
  • Advanced knowledge, understanding internal CRM and Billing Systems
  • Ability to work independently, taking initiative to work through the queues and using best judgment on prioritizing work and what should be flagged on sales orders and contracts
  • 2+ years of experience needed
  • Superior interpersonal and organizational skills with a solution-oriented approach to problems and attention to details
  • Have an advanced knowledge of the process workflows and to actively look for ways to improve processes and look for ways to help the team
