Licensing Partnership Manager

Join Dow Jones as a Licensing Partnership Manager, where you will be responsible for managing and growing content licensing relationships with media partners and content providers. You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of media partners, ensuring effective licensing, technical integration, and commercial optimization of content. This role requires strong relationship management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate technical onboarding processes. • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of media partners and content providers, ensuring their needs are met and the value of providing their content to Dow Jones is consistently demonstrated.
• Identify new publishers or expansion areas for existing publishers, prospect them, pitch participation in Dow Jones’ offerings, negotiate and close deals.
• Execute the end-to-end onboarding process for new licensors, including payment setup, invoicing coordination, and initial account configuration.
• Be an AI evangelist, able to insert the use of AI directly into daily workflow and work to constantly find efficiencies and improvements in your work
• Occasional travel may be required
• Bachelor’s degree level education preferred
• Proven experience in business negotiations and internal/external relationship management
• Have deep experience with, and understanding of the media landscape. A genuine interest in new technologies that serve these communities is also important for your success
• 7+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, or content licensing within the media or information services industry
• Additional language skills are preferred but not required - of particular interest are Spanish and French
