About The Role

  • Lead a portfolio of strategic and operational projects across the Risk business, ensuring successful execution from scoping through close.
  • Build and maintain clear project plans, timelines, governance structures, and stakeholder updates, while coordinating complex initiatives across multiple workstreams.
  • Act as a connective layer across the Risk business to align priorities, timelines, handoffs, and execution expectations, and drive strong follow-through on actions and deliverables.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior leaders and subject matter experts in matrixed environments
  • Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives, operational improvements, or work in a B2B, information services, data, or risk-related environment is a plus; experience working within similar commercial frameworks and some knowledge of the Risk industry would be a strong advantage
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to prepare executive-ready updates and decks, and to present clearly to senior stakeholders
  • A proven track record of leading complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
  • Hands-on experience with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Airtable, or Smartsheet, along with strong proficiency in Google Workspace
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, business operations, strategy execution, or a similar cross-functional role, with proven success in comparable positions
  • Strong judgment and a structured approach to planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision management, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and with a high degree of autonomy
