Senior Software Engineer (Manufacturing Systems)

Join our team as a Senior Software Engineer focused on manufacturing systems. In this role, you will architect and build the core platform systems that power our factory, including MRP, MES, work order management, and production tracking systems. You will design and implement software that orchestrates physical production workflows, connects digital systems to real-world hardware, and ensures reliability, traceability, and operational excellence. You will work closely with manufacturing, robotics, and operations teams to translate physical workflows into robust software abstractions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with 5+ years of experience in complex environments and a passion for new challenges.

• Architect and build core platform systems that power the factory, including MRP, MES, work order management, and production tracking systems.
• Design and implement software that orchestrates physical production workflows, connects digital systems to real-world hardware, and ensures reliability.
• Build APIs and services that interface directly with robotic systems, factory-floor tooling, and CRMs, and develop real-time and event-driven systems.
• We’re looking for engineers who are self driven, optimistic, creative, and resourceful. We have no requirements for a background in robotics, but find most success with engineers excited by the domain and looking to apply their expertise and experience in a new area
• Our ideal candidate will be open to doing approximately 50% back-end and 50% front-end work with flexibility to sway more towards one or the other, depending on current projects and team needs
