Customer Success Manager (10 Month FTC)

Join our team as a Customer Success Manager on a 10-month contract. In this role, you will manage and grow our mid-tier customer accounts, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive retention, adoption, and expansion opportunities. You will have a territory of accounts to maximize sales and ensure strong retention rates. This position requires 3-5 years of experience in client/customer-facing roles, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals.

• Gérer et développer un portefeuille de comptes clients de taille intermédiaire, en maximisant les ventes et en assurant des taux de fidélisation élevés.
• Établir des relations solides et de confiance avec les parties prenantes clés au sein des grandes institutions, en agissant en tant que point de contact commercial et stratégique principal.
• Diriger les conversations de renouvellement, de vente incitative et de vente croisée, en négociant les conditions commerciales au niveau de la direction.
• You must be ready to work in a fast paced, high growth environment, with a large amount of flexibility required
• Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft office suite
• Experience with managing an existing book of business
• Proven ability to close deals
• 3-5 years experience in a client/customer facing roles
• Exceptional communication skills and relationship building skills
