About The Role

Join Zafin, a leading SaaS platform, as a DevOps Engineer. In this hybrid role, you will focus on building and optimizing local development environments, managing local Kubernetes clusters, and streamlining the developer experience. You will work closely with product and delivery teams, execute user stories and backlog items, prepare technical documentation, and organize unit and integration tests. Expertise in Kind (Kubernetes in Docker) for setting up and managing local Kubernetes clusters
Experience in writing BFF application using Golang/Java
Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with Azure
Shell scripting, Kustomize, Helm, and Argo CD for deployment automation
Strong skills in Golang, specifically with Cobra CLI for building command-line tools
Skilled in using Golang/Cobra CLI to build robust CLI tools tailored for local development environments. We may consider you if you have strong skills in Java too
Proficient in setting up and managing Kubernetes clusters using Kind for local testing and development
Experience with Docker for containerizing applications
Familiar with GitOps practices using Argo CD to streamline deployments from local environments to staging and production
Experience with pipeline like GitHub actions / Jenkins
Knowledgeable in Azure to facilitate seamless transitions from local to cloud environments
Able to use shell scripting, Kustomize, and Helm to automate configuration and deployment processes
