Formulation Scientist

Join our team as a Formulation Scientist, where you will play a crucial role in the formulation and stability of drug products and production intermediaries. You will work on existing production batches, develop new formulations, conduct stability studies, and explore the addition of adjuvants. You will also collaborate with CDMOs, write regulatory documents, and present results. The ideal candidate will have a PhD or engineering degree in biochemistry or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, and a proactive mindset.

• Formulation of existing production batches and development of new formulations.
• Conducting stability studies to ensure the quality of different products.
• Collaborating with CDMOs and writing regulatory documents.

**Who we are looking for:**

• PhD / engineer in biochemistry, galenic or any related fields or a Pharmaceutical degree (Bioindustry).
• At least 5 years of experience in similar work fields.
• Experience with phages is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage and lead projects.
• Familiarity with the regulatory aspect of the field.
• Proven ability to independently assess situations and drive strategic decisions.
• Team player with a proactive mindset and hands-on attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
