Project Manager (Global Brand and Content)

• Plan, coordinate, and execute strategic marketing projects, including integrated campaigns, product launches, and major events.
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Track project progress, monitor key milestones, and communicate status updates to stakeholders while driving accountability across teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
• Familiarity with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, or marketing automation tools is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed approach to decision-making
• Strong experience managing marketing projects from planning through execution in a cross-functional environment
• Experience using project management platforms such as <Monday.com>, Asana, or similar tools, with advanced knowledge of workflow management and automation
• Experience collaborating across marketing functions, including Brand, Product Marketing, Communications, and Growth Marketing
• Experience facilitating Agile or Scrum practices, including sprint planning and resource allocation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence without direct authority
