Account Manager (Small Multi Location)

Join Dandy, a fast-growing dental technology company, as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by building strong customer relationships, activating new user growth, and expanding into new locations. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Training, and Customer Support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. • Gestionar y expandir una cartera de clientes, impulsando la retención de ingresos netos (NRR) a través de la planificación estratégica de cuentas y el compromiso proactivo con los clientes.
• Identificar y ejecutar oportunidades de venta adicional y cruzada dentro de la cartera de clientes asignada, impulsando la activación de nuevos usuarios y la expansión a nuevas ubicaciones.
• Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los médicos en cuentas clave, proporcionando soluciones consultivas y negociando términos comerciales.
• Have a desire to dive deeper and understand customer’s pain points
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Comfortable analyzing data and using dashboards to inform your decisions and outreach
• Established and managed relationships with multiple stakeholders at small to medium sized businesses
• Enthusiasm for experimentation and iteration to hone your craft
• Highly motivated, performance driven individual
• Native or near-native fluency in the local market language, with strong knowledge of local dental norms and terminology. Fluency in Catalan is a plus
• 6+ years of experience in dental industry in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or other role that interfaced directly with dentists
• Enjoy talking on the phone with clients for over 60% of your day
• Track record of upselling and growing your account portfolio
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• English fluency is also required for global collaboration
