Copywriter

• Crear copias para anuncios de rendimiento, principalmente en plataformas Meta.
• Desarrollar ganchos, afirmaciones y ángulos de venta, y participar en la conceptualización de creativos enfocados en la conversión.
• Analizar qué creativos están funcionando y cómo continuar iterándolos, y crear briefs claros y accionables para los creadores y el equipo creativo.
• Previous experience creating copy for digital campaigns or Meta Ads
• Proactive, hands-on and eager-to-learn mindset
• Visual sensitivity and strong attention to detail
• Fluent Spanish and good level of English
• Understanding of performance marketing and what makes an ad convert
• Creative profile with strong interest in digital culture and social media
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good instinct for identifying strong hooks, messages and creative formats
• Constantly save ads, campaigns or ideas for inspiration
• Stay updated on trends, formats and social media codes
• Are interested in consumer psychology and digital behavior
• Know the difference between entertaining content and content that converts
• Enjoy generating ideas and testing new creative approaches
