About The Role

Join Red Points as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and be responsible for attracting new potential customers, educating them on our capabilities, and arranging qualified meetings. You will work closely with a dedicated Account Executive, manage your own pipeline in Salesforce, and drive accountability for deal progression to revenue. This role requires a passion for technology, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.   • Attracting new potential customers and making initial contact to educate them on our capabilities.
  • Collaborating with a dedicated Account Executive to source accounts, follow up on prequalified meetings, and manage your own pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Conducting high-level conversations with senior executives in target accounts and engaging with them through various channels.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to conceptualize and convey RedPoint's solution in a clear and concise manner
  • Fluent/Native level English
  • 2+ years of working experience in a similar role (inside sales representative, sales executive, etc)
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment—moves quickly, think strategically, and is good at tactical execution
  • Proven successful track record of crushing quotas
  • Passion for technology
  • A fearless approach to outbound prospecting with strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey them over the phone
  • Proven experience working for SaaS, Digital, or tech/software industry
  • Any other native-level European language is a plus!
