Commercial Strategy Lead

Join CarTrawler as a Commercial Strategy Lead, where you'll drive strategic initiatives to unlock new growth across the company's commercial engine. This role combines strategy and execution, shaping priorities, building go-to-market approaches, and turning insights into action. You'll work closely with Commercial Leadership and cross-functional teams, leading high-impact strategic initiatives from ideation to implementation. Your responsibilities will include shaping long-term commercial strategies, developing go-to-market strategies, creating differentiated business models, and embedding AI-driven thinking into commercial workflows.

• Collaborer étroitement avec la direction commerciale et les équipes interfonctionnelles pour diriger des initiatives stratégiques à fort impact, de l'idéation à la mise en œuvre.
• Développer des stratégies de mise sur le marché gagnantes pour entrer dans de nouveaux segments et sécuriser des partenaires de grande valeur.
• Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across a matrixed organisation, challenging constructively and driving decisions forward
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, able to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Confident communicator and storyteller, comfortable presenting to senior executives
• 3–5 years’ experience in strategy, commercial strategy or management consulting—ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including pricing, commercial modelling and evaluating revenue/profitability trade-offs
• A pragmatic, ownership mindset, happy to work independently end-to-end and excited by using AI, data and automation to improve ways of working
