Data Scientist

Join our team as a Data Scientist, where you will develop industry-leading data science solutions. You will define data requirements, perform exploratory data analysis, and support the design and development of scalable data-driven solutions. You will collaborate with the MLOps team, devise testing plans, and communicate outputs to both technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, you will work with the Revenue function to optimize trading performance and support the wider business with data-driven solutions.

• Effectuer une analyse exploratoire des données pour améliorer la compréhension des tendances sous-jacentes et informer le travail d'ingénierie des fonctionnalités.
• Collaborer avec l'équipe MLOps au développement et au déploiement des solutions proposées dans un environnement en direct.
• Knowledge of Git and modern development workflows
• Some experience or knowledge of using more advanced ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXnet, etc.)
• Ability to create compelling visualisations and dashboards (e.g. Tableau, Thoughtspot)
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment
• Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner
• Ability to partner with Software Engineering teams to co-develop functionality for the business
• Proven experience manipulating and analysing complex, high-volume, high-dimensional data from varying sources
• Undergraduate, M.S. or Ph.D. in a relevant quantitative field, and 3+ years’ experience in a relevant role
• Experience in the development or application of GenAI algorithms seen as a plus
• Proficient in SQL and relevant experience using relational databases
• Proficient in writing well structured, robust and readable code in Python
• Solid understanding of statistical modelling, algorithms, data mining and machine learning workflows
• Conducting exploratory analysis to generate actionable insights, identify opportunities, and enhance our understanding of consumer behaviours
