• Support the Operations delivery lead with regular business reporting and assist in the completion of daily and monthly operational processes.
• Investigate and take end-to-end ownership of SIPP processes, ensuring issues are resolved in line with regulatory and customer agreed SLAs.
• Review operational workflow and suggest process improvements, working closely with customer, product, and engineering teams to explore better ways of working.
