Operations delivery lead - Pension

Join Seccl, an Octopus-owned embedded investment platform, as an Operations Delivery Lead. In this role, you will lead the operational delivery of Seccl's SIPP and ISA products, build the operational structure, processes, and controls required to support a growing tax wrappers operation, and ensure excellent customer outcomes. You will report to the Head of Payments & Reporting and work closely with product, engineering, and technical services. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges and building high-performing teams.

• Owning end-to-end performance of SIPP and ISA operations tax wrappers team, ensuring delivery of operational SLAs, SLOs and customer outcomes.
• Leading, coaching and developing a growing team of operations specialists, building a culture of ownership and client-first delivery.
• Building workforce planning, capacity forecasting and resource models to support volume growth, driving operational readiness for new client onboarding and product launches.
