Resilience & continuity manager

Join Seccl, an Octopus-owned embedded investment platform, as a Resilience & Continuity Manager. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the ongoing development, implementation, and maintenance of Seccl's business continuity capability. You will work closely with teams across the business to embed resilience thinking into day-to-day decision making and business operations. This is a flexible hybrid role based in either Edinburgh or London.

• Maintaining and improving Seccl’s business continuity management system, ensuring it remains current, effective and well documented.
• Facilitating business impact assessments and business continuity risk assessments across the business, and working with stakeholders to develop, review and maintain practical business continuity plans.
• Supporting operational resilience activity, including documentation, evidence and records for regulatory compliance, and designing, coordinating and facilitating business continuity, operational resilience and crisis management exercises.
