Senior Creative Strategist

Join our team as a Senior Creative Strategist, where you'll lead creative strategy across a portfolio of high-growth brands. In this leadership role, you'll influence creative direction, mentor junior team members, and partner closely with various stakeholders to drive measurable growth. You'll be responsible for developing winning creative concepts and building the frameworks and processes that enable brands to scale sustainably.

• Own creative strategy across a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the senior strategic lead and trusted advisor.
• Define and lead creative testing frameworks, experimentation roadmaps, and strategic priorities aligned to client growth objectives.
• Translate performance data, customer insights, and market intelligence into actionable creative strategies.
• Experience presenting strategic recommendations to founders, senior leadership teams, and key decision-makers
• 5+ years' experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, paid social, or a related discipline
• A proactive, ownership-led mindset with a desire to continuously improve both your work and those around you
• A proven track record of leading creative strategy across multiple high-growth brands
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or managing strategists, editors, designers, or creative teams
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to connect creative decisions directly to performance outcomes
• A passion for innovation, AI, and the future of performance creative
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of what drives profitable growth for DTC and e-commerce brands
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of consumer psychology, behavioural drivers, and conversion principles
• Strong experience developing high-performing creative for Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels
