Senior Marketing Business Operations Manager

Join our team as a Senior Marketing Business Operations Manager, where you will be the driving force behind operations, execution, and follow-through for Marketing Leadership. You will work closely with the marketing organization to ensure the leadership team is organized, high-performing, and focused on key growth drivers and brand strategy. This strategic partner role is essential for maintaining alignment, communication, and accountability across all marketing workstreams as the company scales.

• Act as the driving force of operations, execution, and follow-through for Marketing Leadership, ensuring the leadership team is organized and focused on key growth drivers.
• Manage both internal departmental initiatives and cross-functional projects, optimizing the leadership team’s time and ensuring the organization stays on track and in scope.
• Develop and support the execution of strategic programs, including managing leadership meetings, program-managing key decisions, and maintaining ownership of departmental priorities.
• Trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive departmental information and exercise good judgment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field
• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate roadblocks before they impact the team
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to distill complex strategy into clear "marching orders."
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams with a high degree of organization
• 10+ years of experience in an operations, chief of staff, or senior project management role within a marketing or high-growth business environment
• Experience in a similar high-growth marketing operations capacity
• Excellent ability to build consensus across different marketing functions and hold others accountable without formal authority
