• Identifier, qualifier et négocier des opportunités immobilières pour le déploiement de l'infrastructure de recharge d'Electra en France.
• Construire et activer un réseau de courtiers en immobilier logistique et commercial, de développeurs, d'entreprises immobilières, de gestionnaires de parcs d'affaires, d'opérateurs logistiques et de transport.
• Gérer vos affaires de manière autonome, de la prospection à la signature et à l'intégration des partenaires, en menant les négociations commerciales et contractuelles.
