About The Role

Join Electra, a fast-growing startup dedicated to making electric mobility easier and more accessible. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will implement growth strategies to optimize online visibility, increase our user base, and maximize conversion. You will work closely with local marketing managers to adapt and deploy organic growth initiatives in each country, analyze results, and build data-driven recommendations. This is a key role in a massive international rollout of Europe’s largest fast-charging network, with opportunities for growth across engineering, operations, and strategy.
