Technical Account Manager (Technical Advisory)

Join Sonar, a leading company in the software development industry. As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in increasing the usage and value of the SonarQube ecosystem within accounts. Your responsibilities will include formalizing account technical pains, advocating for product resolution, promoting the Sonar Clean Code concept, and educating developers and managers on the value of static code analysis. You will also run quarterly business reviews, execute deployment audits, and contribute to account management plans. • Augmenter l'utilisation de l'écosystème SonarQube au sein des comptes, en augmentant la valeur qu'ils tirent de nos produits et leur consommation.
• Établir et maintenir Sonar en tant que conseiller de confiance dans le compte, inciter les comptes à rester à jour sur une version active de Sonar.
• Écouter activement et formaliser les douleurs techniques du compte ou d'autres inhibiteurs d'adoption, travailler sur des plans pour surmonter les douleurs et les inhibiteurs.
• High listening skills and the ability to formalize and abstract elements expressed by customers and partners
• At least 5 years of experience in pre- or post-sales customer-facing activities

• Excellent presentation skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven practical experience (at least 5 years) in software development or DevOps engineering which sets the stage for understanding our products and how they’re enjoyed by users
