Vice President Domain Leader

Join Sonar, a leading company in the tech industry, as the Vice President Domain Leader. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be the strategic architect of Sonar's core product ecosystem, overseeing a team of approximately 20 product professionals. You will work closely with the VP of Engineering to deliver scalable, AI-driven solutions to a global B2B customer base. Your responsibilities will include defining and driving a compelling vision, converting complex business needs into actionable product initiatives, and serving as the primary advocate for your domain. You will also take full accountability for the health of your domain, specifically tracking and optimizing ARR and product adoption metrics.

• B2B Impact: A track record of delivering large-scale deployments to B2B customers with measurable business impact (e.g., significant revenue growth, enhanced engagement, or operational cost savings)
• Visionary Communication: Exceptional ability to influence and inspire. You can articulate a "big picture" vision to the C-level while remaining grounded in the technical realities of engineering
• AI Literacy: Hands-on experience with AI technologies and a clear vision for how AI can transform product development and user experience
• Growth Mindset: Comfort operating in an organization with 30%+ YoY growth. You are flexible, open to change, and thrive in environments where scaling is a continuous demand

• Proven Leadership: 10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 6+ years in an international leadership capacity managing managers (GPMs/Directors) in fast-paced technical environments
