Head of Finance

Join Mintlify as the Head of Finance, where you'll be the first finance leader in the company. You'll take full ownership of the finance function, including the operating model, forecasting, board and investor reporting, budgets, pricing economics, and cash strategy. This is a builder role, and on day one, you will be the finance function. You'll work closely with Sales and Operations on pricing, packaging, and deal economics, and you'll own treasury, runway planning, and fundraise readiness. Additionally, you'll scope and hire the finance team.

• You understand usage-based billing and hybrid PLG + sales-led revenue mechanics deeply
• You've built and owned a driver-based operating model
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, with leadership experience at a high-growth SaaS company ($10M–$100M ARR)
• You've stood up a finance function, or major parts of one, from scratch
• You've produced board or investor materials that stood on their own
• You've been through at least one fundraise or major diligence process on the company side
• Experience selecting and implementing a modern finance stack
• Multi-entity/subsidiary accounting exposure
• CPA or equivalent accounting depth
