About The Role

Join our team as a Product Engineer, where you will have the opportunity to shape product direction and engineering approaches across the stack. You will collaborate closely with design and engineering to architect and ship customer-facing functionality, tackle complex technical challenges, drive user experience, and improve application performance. We are looking for product-minded engineers with a distinct "spike" in technical depth and a desire to work on front-facing products.

  • Collaborate closely with design and engineering to architect and ship customer-facing functionality from 0-to-1.
  • Tackle hard engineering problems, whether it’s optimizing virtualized rendering for large data collections or architecting reliable content management systems.
  • Contribute to a smooth, frictionless UX and help move from "working code" into a "great product."
  • We are looking for product-minded engineers who want to build critical, user-facing features
  • We are looking for candidates with a distinct "spike" in technical depth, whether that is crafting complex React UIs or architecting scalable backend systems
  • If you are already fullstack, a backend wizard who wants to get closer to the user, or a frontend architect ready to own full features, we want to hear from you
  • 4+ years of software development experience
  • Product Intuition: You have a desire to work on front-facing products that users interact with daily. You care about the "why" as much as the "how."
  • Adaptability: You are willing to step outside your comfort zone. If you are backend-heavy, you are willing to touch the frontend (and vice versa) to get a feature over the line
  • Agency & Ownership: You thrive in environments where you define the solution rather than just implementing a spec
  • Frontend: Deep knowledge of React, Next.js, and TypeScript. You understand the Virtual DOM, state management complexities, and CSS architecture
  • A Technical "Spike": You have deep, Senior/Staff level expertise in EITHER:
  • Backend: Strong systems design skills, API architecture, database optimization, and scalable infrastructure
