Senior Scientist — Organoid Model Development

As a Senior Scientist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our biobank and developing patient-derived organoids. You will work with significant autonomy, optimize culture protocols, and generate high-quality biological models that power our AI predictive engine.

• Establishing patient-derived organoids from fresh surgical specimens, starting with NSCLC and extending to additional tumor types.
• Developing and optimizing robust culture protocols, ensuring reproducibility across donors, and generating high-quality biological models.
• Independently planning, prioritizing, and executing complex experimental pipelines with high quality and reproducibility.
