Head of Software Engineering (SE Enablement)

Join Cyera, a leading data security company, as the Head of Software Engineering (SE Enablement). In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for building and scaling Cyera's Sales Engineering organization. You will design and execute the technical enablement strategy, develop scalable onboarding programs, establish technical methodology frameworks, and partner with various teams to ensure alignment between product delivery and field execution. • Design and execute the technical enablement strategy to ensure teams can effectively differentiate Cyera’s platform and drive customer adoption.
• Build and maintain scalable technical onboarding programs, certifications, labs, and continuous enablement frameworks that directly impact pipeline quality and win rates.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate new features and capabilities into field-ready enablement, and lead ongoing technical workshops and training sessions.
• Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, and GTM organizations
• Deep understanding of cloud, data security, DSPM, DLP, AI security, SaaS integrations, and modern security architectures
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling technical enablement programs in a high-growth cybersecurity or SaaS environment
• 7–10+ years in Sales Engineering, Technical Enablement, Solutions Architecture, or similar technical GTM roles
• Strong technical storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Proven ability to build engaging technical content, labs, hands-on exercises, and certifications
