Platform Architect

Join our team as a Platform Architect, where you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our R&D team and Field Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams. You will be responsible for translating technical requirements and feedback between teams, assisting in the deployment and operationalization of complex cloud security solutions, and providing expert guidance and support to enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud security solutions, exceptional problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Act as a liaison between the R&D team and Field Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams, translating technical requirements and feedback to ensure seamless communication.
• Assist in the deployment and operationalization of complex cloud security solutions, ensuring all components are functioning effectively and integrated smoothly.
• Provide expert guidance and support to Field Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams to enhance customer satisfaction, and stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud security.
• The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of cloud security solutions, and the interpersonal skills to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders
• Certifications in cloud security or related fields (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)) are a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and processes
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in the cloud security domain
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building strong relationships
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and security solutions
