Regional Vice President (Northeast)

Join Cyera, a leading enterprise software company, as the Regional Vice President (Northeast). In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives, own regional strategy and revenue performance, and drive organizational growth. You will work cross-functionally with various departments and play a key role in scaling Cyera's enterprise business. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, a strong command of sales methodologies, and a deep understanding of the technology market.

• Executive presence with exceptional communication, coaching, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Proven success exceeding revenue targets in high-growth, enterprise software organizations
• Thrives in fast-paced, hypergrowth environments with a builder's mindset
• 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including leadership of first-line sales managers
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales leaders
• Experience building and scaling regional sales organizations selling into Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 customers
