Solutions Architect (DLP, OCTO)

Join Cyera, a leading data security company, as a Solutions Architect. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them understand their security and data protection challenges and designing effective solutions. You will work closely with various teams, including Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support, to drive successful evaluations, accelerate customer adoption, and influence product direction based on customer feedback. This position requires deep technical expertise, strategic consulting skills, solution design abilities, and exceptional communication skills.

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, business objectives, security challenges, and compliance requirements.
• Design and present tailored Cyera solutions that address customer data security, governance, and risk management needs.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to support the sales process and drive technical win strategies.
• Knowledge of data security, data governance, privacy, compliance, and risk management frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience leading technical evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and customer workshops
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and enterprise security architectures
• Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative customer-first mindset
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for both technical and executive audiences
• Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), SIEM, CSPM, DSPM, CNAPP, or related security technologies
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Security Consulting, Cloud Architecture, or related customer-facing technical roles
