The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in mobile engineering, strong proficiency in TypeScript and React Native, and a passion for making a tangible impact.

• Ship and own mobile features end-to-end on iOS and Android, leading the reward experiences.
• Drive technical excellence by optimizing performance, load times, and resilience on screens that drive real revenue.
• Collaborate and mentor by framing trade-offs with Product, Design, and the monetization team, and guiding pillar engineers on complex technical decisions.
