• Master the fundamentals of operational excellence and handle daily operations for client accounts.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls to carriers and drivers, confirming arrivals and communicating important information.
• Oversee the daily load board, including data entry for load building, scheduling, tracking, and load closure.
• Confident in taking verbal/written instructions and executing tasks independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while multitasking
• Proven commitment and work ethic in a school or work setting
