About The Role

Join Alma, a leading buy now pay later company in Europe. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will manage the onboarding process for mid-market retail network accounts, conduct training sessions in Italian and/or Spanish, gather product feedback, and contribute to improving activation KPIs. You should have 2-3 years of experience in customer success, project management, or account management, and be fluent in French, English, Italian, and Spanish.

Gérer l'intégralité du processus d'intégration des comptes de réseaux de vente au détail de taille intermédiaire en France, y compris la coordination du projet, la création de comptes, la formation et le suivi des performances.
Déployer et former les réseaux de vente au détail en Italie et en Espagne, en adaptant la méthodologie d'intégration d'Alma aux spécificités locales.
Recueillir les retours d'expérience des produits et des verbatim du personnel en magasin sur différents marchés, et transmettre ces informations aux équipes concernées.
