About The Role

Join Lemon Learning, a leading Digital Adoption Platform (SaaS) that helps companies support users directly inside their business applications. As a Freelance Instructional Designer based in APAC, you will contribute to the full learning content production cycle, including instructional design, content production, and client collaboration. You will work closely with our Pedagogical Engineering and Project teams and have the opportunity to make a direct impact on user experience and digital transformation projects.

  • Analyser la documentation existante des clients et les processus mĂ©tier, identifier les besoins d'apprentissage des utilisateurs et proposer des structures pĂ©dagogiques.
  • RĂ©diger un contenu d'apprentissage structurĂ© et axĂ© sur l'utilisateur, adapter le ton et la complexitĂ© Ă  diffĂ©rents publics utilisateurs.
  • Participer aux appels avec les clients et les prospects sĂ©lectionnĂ©s pour comprendre les besoins commerciaux et fournir des recommandations pĂ©dagogiques.

We are looking for autonomous, detail-oriented professionals with strong instructional design skills.
### Experience

  • Experience as Instructional Designer, Learning Designer, Technical Writer or Content Designer
  • Experience in SaaS, digital learning, software training or change management environments preferred
  • Freelance or remote collaboration experience strongly valued

### Skills

  • Excellent written English (mandatory)
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics
  • Strong structured writing skills
  • High attention to detail

### Nice to have

  • UX writing or content design background
  • Basic HTML / CSS knowledge
  • Experience with enterprise software (CRM, ERP, HRIS)
