CSR Director F/H

Join Safran, a global leader in aerospace, defense, and security. As the CSR Director for SEP, you will define, coordinate, and drive our Corporate Social Responsibility strategy, aligned with our three pillars: Act for the Environment, Be an Exemplary Employer, and Embody Responsible Industry. You will lead the deployment of the "Life@Work" label, coordinate CSR-related compliance, and ensure alignment with Safran Group policies and SEP business priorities. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of CSR governance and climate topics.

• Déployer la politique RSE et la feuille de route RSE de SEP, y compris les feuilles de route sur le carbone et la vie au travail.
• Coordonner les actions RSE avec les parties prenantes, y compris le climat, les ressources humaines, la santé, la sécurité et les départements opérationnels.
• Assurer la gouvernance RSE, le suivi des indicateurs clés de performance, le reporting et la communication auprès du Comité Exécutif.
