About The Role

Join Thomson Reuters as a Sales Development Manager, where you will lead a high-performing SDR team responsible for generating qualified pipeline across the UKI and European markets.   • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives to meet and exceed pipeline generation targets.
  • Develop and implement pipeline generation strategies to expand the company’s UKI & European footprint.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise the pipeline generation strategy, maintaining alignment with broader company objectives.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading sales teams, a passion for developing people and the ability to drive results in a competitive market
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced complex B2B sales environment, ideally leading, coaching or developing sales development, business development or inside sales teams
  • Proficiency with CRM, sales engagement and AI-enabled selling tools, including Salesforce
  • Intellectual curiosity, a desire to continuously learn and improve yourself and those around you
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change, drive adoption of new processes and continuously improve team performance
