You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our innovative SaaS contract management platform. Your responsibilities will include implementing comprehensive automated testing, enhancing platform scalability, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior SDETs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation, API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and software development.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to build a robust, enterprise-grade SaaS contract management platform and drive the quality assurance process by implementing comprehensive automated testing.
• Leverage expertise in test automation to design, develop, and maintain efficient test automation frameworks that support continuous delivery and integration, and actively mentor junior SDETs.
• Drive the quality assurance process by implementing comprehensive automated functional, regression, and performance testing, ensuring the platform consistently meets the highest quality standards.

• 5+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks that improve test coverage, reliability, or engineering efficiency
• 5+ years of experience testing REST APIs, including developing automated API tests and identifying defects or quality risks before release
• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining automated test suites using modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar tools in production environments
• 5+ years of experience working with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins to support automated build, test, and deployment workflows
• 5+ years of professional software development experience in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, including application of software design principles and patterns
• 8+ years of experience in quality engineering, including 5+ years focused on test automation
• Experience working with cloud environments, microservices, and containerized applications
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools, intelligent test automation, or other advanced quality-engineering techniques
• Strong understanding of performance and security testing principles, including approaches to identifying scalability, reliability, and application-security risks
