AI Product Designer

• Designing AI-powered products that solve real customer problems and translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive experiences.
• Owning the end-to-end design process from discovery and ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
• Rapidly prototyping and shipping ideas using Figma, AI-powered design tools, and code to validate concepts before launch.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, ideally with B2B products
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in an innovation-focused environment
• 5+ years of experience as a Product or UI/UX Designer in a fast paced start up environment
• Comfortable building and shipping product experiences using Git, AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude Code, MagicPath, Cursor, or similar), and traditional design tools like Figma
