- You promote a culture of excellence - driving a high-performance team culture characterized by speed, curiosity, honesty, continuous improvement, and a focus on outcomes over outputs
- You embrace innovation - identifying and prioritizing AI opportunities across your product area, shaping the roadmap leveraging AI capabilities like personalization, automation, and prediction to unlock new value for users and your teams. Partner with engineering to evaluate feasibility and bring AI experiences to market
- Startup and growth experience - you’ve thrived in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and ownership is essential
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required or combination of education and direct experience. Advanced degree preferred
