Senior FP&A Analyst

Join Jiko's Finance team as a Senior FP&A Analyst. In this critical role, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis. You will collaborate closely with functional leads, prepare monthly financial reports, evaluate various business cases, and identify process improvements. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance, and a strong understanding of financial statements and key business metrics.

• Lead the development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial models.
• Track financial and operational KPIs across teams; build dashboards and scorecards to support transparency and accountability.
• Collaborate closely with functional leads to inform planning and resource decisions, and deliver data-driven insights to support key initiatives.
• The ideal candidate has worked in financial services or fintech, and has experience excelling at financial modeling, reporting, and analysis

• Experience analyzing complex data sets and translating insights into actionable recommendations
• 4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or corporate finance; startup or financial services experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with accounting systems and FP&A tools like Adaptive Insights or Anaplan is a plus
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Clear understanding of financial statements, general accounting principles, and key business metrics
